At the age of 46, I had a stark realization: I was walking down the same path that led my father to heart failure at just 57. This prompted me to ask myself a life-changing question: "Is this the life I want to continue living?" The answer was a resounding "no."
This awakening led me to not just reimagine, but reinvent my life. Today, I am a certified health coach, personal trainer, and recovery support specialist. My own transformation journey has fueled my passion for helping others. We offer both online and in-person meetings. Our plan is for in-person meetings to be held at The Hill KC every Saturday at either 8am, 9am, or 10am.
